In our 15 years of working together as personal trainers we have found that our toughest job is teaching and convincing our clients the real value of how to eat properly in order to attain (and maintain!) a healthier lifestyle, manage their weight and achieve peak performance.


So we decided to take action...
We developed a balanced program of exercise, nutrition and supplementation that will enable our clients to empower THEMSELVES in their quest to lead a healthier lifestyle. We are proud to present to you the H.E.L.P. program (Healthy Eating Lifestyle Plan).


We take the guess work out for you!
This plan is specifically designed to take the guess work out of what to eat. Each individual will receive nutrition software that will allow them to track and record their daily requirements, create menus and print grocery lists straight from the program. The software has room for multiple users and therefore the whole family can benefit from its use. It's only a matter of entering your own personal information and goals and letting the program automatically customize calorie ranges and nutritional requirements for each individual. We recommend that you print your personal summary report for easy reference and to keep you from straying or making assumptions.

A cookbook with healthy easy to prepare meals, cooking ideas and helpful hints is included to assist you in your transition to leading a healthier lifestyle.


Learn why Supplementation is important...
The use of supplementation is necessary in order to support proper nutrition and optimal health, especially when reducing daily calorie intake. You probably know how confusing it can be to shop for supplements.

We have taken the guess work out of the process by selecting a few specific supplements that will help to enhance your results in this program. We have chosen to work with HAMMER NUTRITION, a leader in health and wellness in addition to the special needs of an athlete or when the body is taxed from workouts. They have the science behind their products, plus ease of use and convenient online ordering.


No Exercise? NOT!
No healthy lifestyle plan would be complete without exercise. Your personal trainer will tailor your program to meet your individual needs based on your goals. Strength training as well as cardiovascular exercise will be included.  At the onset, each client’s body fat and weight will be recorded on our new body fat scale. Going forward, your weight will be recorded every week and your body fat every 6 weeks.

It is important to maintain a consistent exercise program which will keep your metabolism elevated so you can burn more calories. Included in your H.E.L.P. program package is a 20 minute cardio program that we insist you do a minimum of 3 times per week in addition to your personal training sessions.
